It was such an amazing experience to be part of our company’s #Recooeenect. It’s been more than two years since we work from home because of pandemic, and we haven’t seen each other face to face since then. The first time it was announced that we will be having this event, I felt so excited and hesitant at the same time. Why? Because that would be the same day as my birthday. I am used to spend my birthday with my family, and it will be different this time if ever. But after thinking about it multiple times, I finally decided to join.
Seeing every one’s beautiful faces and smiles is so worth it. We are very happy to see each other again and happier to see some of us for the first time. Before, we are just seeing each other on screen, but on that day, we were able to talk, play and laugh together.
Connection and teamwork, that’s what we had when our team “House Autonomy” competed with other Houses. Everyone is so energetic and competitive even in the middle of super-hot afternoon, we really enjoyed every fun games we had. I appreciate the belongingness and being good sports of every team.
Aside from the good food, refreshing drinks and a very beautiful place to stay, I can say that I have no regrets on celebrating my birthday differently this year. And what really is special to me at that moment is when I was recognized by the Company, and I consider that as part of my blessings.

Mixed emotions, but what I am sure of is that I’m super grateful and my heart is jumping with all the recognitions I received for this quarter. I’m proud to say that Cooee Inc and its people have been a big part of my growth and transformation. The Cooee culture and values really are helping a lot of people not just at work but also personally. I know we still have a long way to go but I am confident to face it together with God and my loved ones including my Cooee Family. Together we will strive and go farther.
