JP has spent 16 years working in BPO industry. She rose from the ranks, from a process owner to managing her own team. Being a leader in Cooee is not a job nor a role, it is a higher calling.

Cooee showed her that leadership is a performance with purpose. Leadership is like parenting. It is stewardship of the precious lives that come to you by people walking through your door and agreeing to share their gifts with you.

Leadership is allowing people to do what they are capable of doing toward a common vision : to be a part of another’s transformation – one person, one community, one business at a time – this is what drives us every single day. This is why we do what we do.
